And yet we humans tend to unconsciously lose, leak and give our energy away. So, we're losing the very energy we need to sustain our lives! And then we wonder why we're tired or being with someone leaves us drained.....

Here is a bit on how we all lose energy - because we do.
Below are the three most common ways we tend to lose energy – energy that we need for our lives. Think about it – the less energy we have – the less we can give to our life….and our dreams.
Learning these energy losers will tell you more about YOU so check them out. Which do you identify with the most?
Energy Leakers - Leakers do just that - they leak energy - and they tend to be/feel less secure around their boundaries and environment. If something startles them, they often have a burst of energy and - it just leaks out. Something unexpected happens – they leak. The loud alarm goes off in the morning – they may leak energy. They spill coffee on their shirt – they leak energy. They don’t do something perfectly – they leak energy. So, it’s not ‘so bad’ to leak – you just need to bring the energy back when you do!
Energy Losers - Those that lose energy can be their own worst enemy. While they may have good boundaries with others - they have minds that continually beat themselves up. So, you'll find energy losers being controllers, perfectionists, and folks that judge others as harshly as they judge themselves. They usually have a HUGE judge in their heads towards themselves - and so leak lots of energy.
Energy Givers - 'Givers' often feel that it's their job to make everyone happy and so they're constantly giving their energy away. We all want to be accepted, yet givers ensure the good opinion of others by giving their energy out in many varied forms. Most caretakers and pleasers fall into this category and while they have great hearts and are often in service - they're doing a dis-service to themselves because they give their energy - and thus their power - away.
Normal Energy – Normal means that while you may leak, lose and give away energy at times – you stay in control. It’s not an unconscious pattern or strategy operating in your life. You are aware of what’s going on, and you stop the unhealthy energy loss before it wrecks havoc. And losing energy DOES create havoc – to your immune system as well as your mental health.
If you’ve ever watched a deer, rabbit or other animal that gets spooked, you would have seen them jump or run away, and then they ‘shake it off’ - and keep on doing what they were doing before - grazing! Humans can learn to have a similar reaction – we can STOP losing energy – once we know ourselves better by knowing WHY we leak-lose-give away to start with. And then learning how to get it back.
