A Peek Into Energize's Weekly Classes
(Each week of Energize has two separate classes - so 12 in all!)
Week One:
In the first class of Week 1: You are introduced to Diana and the concepts, along with 'What We're Up to Here', and the Mastery of Awareness. You discover the importance of the breath, and what intuition and faith have to do with you, you also begin to listen to your body's wisdom as you start to work with energy. You'll take the 'Intuition Quiz' to learn more about your gut feelings, hunches and intuition today.
In the 2nd class of Week 1: We explore Toltec Psychology's brilliant concepts in how humans are 'trained' as to how life 'should' be and how to identify the limits you've placed on yourself. You learn a powerful skill to truly become a Master of Awareness. More information is given on your Intuition score, along with learning what you keep close to you - and what you have kept away (but may want!).
Week Two:
1st Class of Week 2: We delve into energy, the mind, the Law of Attraction's principals and how your will, intent and imagination play a significant role in your life - both supporting and limiting you. You learn the basics of energy and how we will use it in this course, along with a powerful practice of protection from unwanted energies. Audio downloads lead you through both basic and advanced methods.

2nd Class of Week 2: Now that a good foundation has been laid - you start to increase your Super Powers!
Here you learn several fun techniques to clear away heavy energy that isn't serving you from your body and energy field - those that may be 'messing around' with your life - as well as tools to support you (plants, instruments and more). Colors, rocks, crystals and chakras and more bring it all down to earth in clear, practical and easy ways.

Week Three:
1st Class of Week 3: Now you take the tools and techniques into even more 'Practical Magic' - by learning the very useful practice of Space Clearing to remove heavy energy from your environment - especially where you live. You also learn a powerful Toltec practice to reclaim and release energy from your past - and more.
2nd Class of Week 3: This class takes you back into 'you' through creating an inner sanctuary - a safe and protected place where you can interact with your inner selves. You learn how to bring in useful and helpful guides/spirit guides to support you in your work - and ways to tell the difference between the 'good, bad and ugly'. You also learn to identify where you are overly connected (or corded) to another and how to remove those cords that no longer serve you.
Week Four:
1st Class of Week 4: Here we work with tools that access the body and it's energy centers, meridians and pressure points. You'll learn 4 potent practices to relieve pain, fears, anxiety and emotions so you can bring peace and calm to yourself whenever 'life happens' and gets to be too much. That ease is quite useful with: meetings with the boss, first dates, public speaking, having 'the talk', taking exams, doing anything that's scary - even preparing for what you want to avoid - but can't. In short - anything!

2nd Class of Week 4: Here you learn that creativity, when applied with will, determination and intent - can be really fun and useful as we explore ways to put your dreams out to the Universe, God, Goddess, the Unified Field - however you define that. You learn 4 different ways you can creatively channel your desires.
Week Five:
1st Class of Week 5: By now you have been experiencing so many changes and benefits that you may be thinking of sharing them. That's great - and - there is a skill to leading others through energy work. This class teaches you how to guide another so that they actually benefit from the experience - with the deceptively simple (yet important) tips and tricks to make you effective - and them successful!
2nd Class of Week 5: Now that you've learned how to lead - you will be led through Inner Journeying - a way to gain information, a place to call in helpful guides/allies and to learn more than you can currently see....especially now that you know how to work with allies safely. This form of journeying is easy and very effective!
Week Six:
1st Class of Week 6: Here you learn a powerful practice of Inner Healing that takes you into your body and your energy - to clear away heavy beliefs, blockages, energies, agreements and any other 'stuff' that you've been holding in your body or energy field - all with the focus on your healing. Once you remove what isn't useful or healthy, you put in new energy, new agreements/beliefs that are positive and life sustaining!
