Energize Purchase Acknowledgement

​Next, please read these important items:

As soon as you registered via PayPal, you had the option to return to Artist’s site (the vendor).  At that point (since PayPal’s email isn’t everyone’s usual email!) you were asked to provide the email address to send your materials to. 

Within a couple of minutes of completing that request, you should receive an email that provides complete information to start the program you just purchased.    If that didn't happen, go HERE and do that now!

If you DID return to vendor and gave us your correct email and then fail to receive your materials - there may be a few reasons:

• The email went into your SPAM folder.
• You have a different email address registered with PayPal and the email went to that address.
• Or, sadly, the email actually did not arrive. This sometimes happens with aol.com, hotmail.com, live.com, and yahoo.com. For some unknown reason, these providers sometimes don’t deliver all emails!

If you’ve given us your correct email for receiving the materials, and if after a few minutes you cannot locate your email with the first class materials, please contact us with the issue utilizing our Contact Form, and include the date you registered in the comments.

And finally, consider adding [email protected] to your email contact list so our emails will not go into spam!

So sorry for the inconvenience and these extra steps – but life happens sometimes – and we will get it sorted out!
