I had a love hate relationship with my preschool teacher. Over the years she became a mentor of mine because she knew that my education was failing and wanted to help. After dinner each night she would make me read out loud, I hated every part of it but I did it anyways. My mentor saw me and that’s why I loved her. She knew I needed the help, jumped in and saved me.

I have a personal mission in life to use my gifts to help others in their health and transformative processes to reach their greatest potential and healthiest selves.
Heart Luminations reflects my mission through igniting one heart at a time. In my work I use the power of the heart to intuitively guide people toward their own truth, growth, and healing. I firmly believe people have in them the wisdom in which they innately need to heal, and I work intentionally with people to tap into their own intuitive knowing.
I specialize in working with caregivers/health professionals looking for ways to deepen how they care for themselves in order to best care for others without burning out.
I also specialize in working with women during times of transition (i.e. breakups and career moves) to help them move into the next phase of their journey with greater confidence and clarity.
I have worked for years facilitating women's healing circles and have worked with many at-risk youth to help them discover ways to live their purpose-driven life.
In addition to life coaching, I am also a Registered Nurse, HeartMath certified trainer, massage practitioner, reiki I practitioner, health coach, vinyasa meditation and yoga teacher, personal trainer, healing circle facilitator, and a Caritas Coach.

My passion lies in supporting women who find themselves feeling overwhelmed in their professional or personal lives--something I myself have struggled with both as an attorney in the social justice field, and as a single mother. Through our work together, each client will reconnect with her inner self, discover and voice her needs, interrogate what is holding her back, and ultimately manifest her desires. As a coach and reiki practitioner, I hold and honor a sacred space for each woman as she rediscovers and builds out her own inner sanctuary. This is a process of both shedding and creating, all for the purpose of living in alignment with our authentic selves.
I am an attorney, Jikiden Reiki practitioner and single mother of two young girls. I have twenty years of experience in immigration law and family law, working directly with clients, state and federal government agencies and non-profit organizations. I have ten years of management experience, leading national networks of legal services providers and supervising teams of diverse staff. As a certified spiritual, energetic and life coach through Artist of the Spirit, I have built my coaching practice upon all of my past knowledge and experience and look forward to working with those of you for whom this resonates.
