We all know how life can ‘happen’, and here is our commitment:
Your deposit is applied to tuition. When you make a deposit to hold your space for an upcoming class, your deposit is applied to your tuition. Should you decide to take a later class, the deposit can be refunded or held for you until the next class session to ensure your place (you do have to respond a week before the next session starts!).
The ‘why’ of our policies. We love having intimate classes, and we also balance the number of students in each course for your peer ‘co-coaching’ to work well. Early withdrawal can cause additional issues in planning and peer coaching so our prayer is that you come ready to dive into this amazing intensive!
Deposit refund. Should you need to request a refund of your deposit - no worries! 100% deposit refunds are made immediately upon written request by you per the timing below.
Deposit or Class refunds. In the event you start an Artist course and need or decide to cancel - 100% refunds are given during the first two weeks of the program. Just email us request the refund within this time - and we'll issue it back to your account within 1-3 business days.
After 2 weeks from the start of the program, refunds are not issued.
In some cases, if you need to drop out of a current session in order to take the following session - contact us to discuss transferring tuition to that next, later course.
